We arrived 20 minutes early for our pickup and were made to feel like we were unreasonable for thinking the car we reserved might be ready. There were two other customers there at the same time and none of their rentals were ready either, and the people working there acted like it was the customer's fault. Not good.
Rented a Ford explorer SUV for a 6-day trip. I was asked not to smoke - I am not a smoker. Picked up the vehicle when I am about to leave for the trip. After driving a few miles, already on the freeway, we started smelling cigarette. For the next 5 days, every time I had to use the Ford, the smell was unbearable. It was a spoilt vacation for us.
