Very pleased with my experience at Avis on Parklawn Drive in Rockville. The staff was courteous, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. I rented a budget car, and it was clean, dependable, and a great value for the price. The pickup and return process were both quick and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great rental experience overall. Highly recommended!
A very poor, misleading website for customers. When booking a car online, you pay using a standard debit card. However, upon arrival, you are required to provide a security deposit using a credit card. If you don't have one, you cannot rent the car. This means your vacation is ruined. Not everyone rents cars regularly, and not everyone knows that a credit card and an additional security deposit are required. Great rental spot. Been going here for years. The two gentlemen (Teklu and Anthony) at the front are very reliable, funny and professional. They have earned my loyalty and i only use them especially when im in Rockville. The car selections are always to my preference and well cleaned. Top spot.
