Budget Rental car pickup and return was quick and easy at Bradley International Airport. Midweek, I stopped and added an additional driver and again the process was simple and completed seamlessly with the associate.
This place is a joke. Three separate rentals, three times waiting for an available car after reserving well in advance ~ 20 days+. As a Preferred Plus member (I should be Presidents Club - more on that later), I'm supposed see my name on their display board with a parking location, walk out to the car and drive to the security gate. I’ve traveled to over 30 states for work and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.
Was worried about returning rental early morning, looks like electronic return after hours seems to work, got receipt and time rental returned.
