It's not a true rental center - it's a service station with additional services, e.g. car rental, UPS drop off. I made a rental reservation well in advance, called multiple times to check in and kept being told "we don't know if we'll have a car for you." I couldn't rely on that so two days before I canceled and reserved a car from White Plains Airport.
DONT GET EVEN CLOSE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! It has never ever happened that a rent-a-car company DO NOT take responsibility for not having a car available under your reservation, and willing to charge you two times extra your agreed price. MADE US LOOSE HOURS OF FAMILY TIME. THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS!!!!
One of my favorite locations if not the favorite.
