Forced purchase of insurance, deceiving foreigners; even after being told that additional insurance was unnecessary, it was still included in the bill.
Used Avis first for the first time. Pickup went quite smooth and I just did a return and Kaislen did great. Appreciated the service. Thanks.
Trying to get ahold of this company. Their number just keep ringing and ringing. No voicemail. I have your rental please call me back.
We were charged extra fees for an additional driver (even though it was already included in our contract) & insurance we were not explicitly told about - and one of the service employees gave us wrong information. When claiming this afterwards, Avis unfortunately did not cooperate at all.
Frankie was very helpful and patient as he helped us out. Customer service was exceptional. As long as the lines were when it was our turn the process was efficient and smooth. Thank you Avis and budget.
