Planning our trip to O'ahu in May for our nephew's graduation was exciting, but finding the right rental car? Not so much. Don’t waste your time on these people. A complete disaster of a company.
I rented a Budget car from a different location but was having tyre pressure issues. Happened to be in the area and stopped by for help. The staff here were very friendly and assisted me with inflating the tyre which allowed me continue my journey. The service from Budget has been outstanding and will definitely use Budget again if I ever travel here again.
