We reserved an SUV for noon, showed up the next day, and the building had already been locked up by 11:40. We saw multiple people (customers, I assume) pull up and drive off because they couldn't get in. We're moving to Rock Island and this experience ruined and wasted our entire day - we needed the SUV to help us move but now we won't have one. Absolutely abhorrent. We rented a vehicle several days in advance. Employee slept in and arrived disheveled. No apology for being 20 minutes late. Four other clients waiting. Reserved a vehicle, called to tell them we would be cutting the time tight and they said no problem as long as we are here before noon. We showed up at 11:42 am and the employees had already locked up for the day. Leaving us stranded without a vehicle.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! It’s totally unprofessional unethical and very dishonest!!! Charged my charged for smoking and I don’t smoke and never received a physical receipt or email. It needs to be shut down immediately!!! The guy takes advantage of people!!! He should be charged with fraud or some felony crime!!!
