Absolutely abhorrent. We rented a vehicle several days in advance. Employee slept in and arrived disheveled. No apology for being 20 minutes late. Four other clients waiting. Reserved a vehicle, called to tell them we would be cutting the time tight and they said no problem as long as we are here before noon. We showed up at 11:42 am and the employees had already locked up for the day. Leaving us stranded without a vehicle.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! It’s totally unprofessional unethical and very dishonest!!! Charged my charged for smoking and I don’t smoke and never received a physical receipt or email. It needs to be shut down immediately!!! The guy takes advantage of people!!! He should be charged with fraud or some felony crime!!!
BEWARE !!! FRAUD !!! SCAM !!! This is the worst Avis location I have visited. It’s supposed to open at 8AM, but the man who is working doesn’t show up until 8:15AM. We go to pick up a Toyota Corolla or similar, but he says that all he has is a Chevy Equinox. We go out to the car, and it’s absolutely disgusting. We would have canceled the reservation, but we were in a pinch and needed a vehicle - so we took it. He said he would clean it for us before we took it which was nice.
