PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! It’s totally unprofessional unethical and very dishonest!!! Charged my charged for smoking and I don’t smoke and never received a physical receipt or email. It needs to be shut down immediately!!! The guy takes advantage of people!!! He should be charged with fraud or some felony crime!!!
BEWARE !!! FRAUD !!! SCAM !!! This is the worst Avis location I have visited. It’s supposed to open at 8AM, but the man who is working doesn’t show up until 8:15AM. We go to pick up a Toyota Corolla or similar, but he says that all he has is a Chevy Equinox. We go out to the car, and it’s absolutely disgusting. We would have canceled the reservation, but we were in a pinch and needed a vehicle - so we took it. He said he would clean it for us before we took it which was nice. Who they got running this place lol overall bad place to rent a car
I rented a Corolla for 3 days and told my Pakistani brother Ricky that I am gonna drop the car at Los Angeles. Because my street smart brother put drop off address as Iowa, now I’m gonna pay an extra 1100$ for 3 days rental. Watch out!
Terrible. The idiot at the counter put davenport as drop off....dont use this place.
