Do not book through this location!!!!!!!!! This is an absolute scam. We prepaid over a month in advance. We showed up to pick the vehicle up and the door was locked. There was a sign on the door with a phone number but when we called they said the reservation was set up by them through enterprise and to go there. We reserved an SUV for noon, showed up the next day, and the building had already been locked up by 11:40. We saw multiple people (customers, I assume) pull up and drive off because they couldn't get in. We're moving to Rock Island and this experience ruined and wasted our entire day - we needed the SUV to help us move but now we won't have one. Absolutely abhorrent. We rented a vehicle several days in advance. Employee slept in and arrived disheveled. No apology for being 20 minutes late. Four other clients waiting. Reserved a vehicle, called to tell them we would be cutting the time tight and they said no problem as long as we are here before noon. We showed up at 11:42 am and the employees had already locked up for the day. Leaving us stranded without a vehicle.
