The worst experience on this site!! Ir you’re mexican you couldnt use any of your credit cards because they dont use . Here they use an archaic payment method We wait for almost 3 hours yo have a resolution Also the receptionist started very sweet and at the end was very rude
Worst experience ever. Do not rent from this location and from this person. We came to pick up our vehicle and she said she gave it away to some “president” over us and there are no more cars left anywhere in the city. Left us stranded and she left her work 15 minutes before the location even closes. Tldr: do not rent from this location or risk your car being given away to someone else without your permission. Hours are terrible. Closes at 3 along with every other Avis in the city except for the airport? Must be some grand scheme to piss your customers off.
Was staying at the Vdara and it was kinda tricky to find where this was. Once you get to the Cosmopolitan, go to the Casino floor and find the Cashier. There are elevators to the right that are labeled "Boulevard Tower". Here there's two separate sets of elevators, use the ones labeled parking and go to B2. The Avis counter is right outside of the elevator. To return the car, drive South along Las Vegas Blvd and turn right BEFORE (North of) the Cosmo.
