We got a jeep from this place and it’s keys didn’t properly work so every time we opened the car, the alarm would go off. Not only that but the car stopped in the middle of the street. The engine just turned off on the middle of the street. We spent like 20 min just trying to turn the car back on. They gave us a roadside assistance number to call which would’ve costed us $150+ to tow for a problem that wasn’t even our fault. Actualización: Aunque contesten pidiendo más datos para ayudarte, he mandado un email donde se indica y nadie me ha respondido. Recojo un coche reservado y pagado a través de booking y una semana después de irme de hawaii me encuentro con que AVIS me ha cobrado 182$ dólares porque se supone que me dieron un coche con una categoría mejor de la que yo había pagado , sin avisarme, sin que yo lo pidiera y sin decirme nada????? Recojo un coche reservado y pagado a través de booking y una semana después de irme de hawaii me encuentro con que AVIS me ha cobrado 182$ dólares porque se supone que me dieron un coche con una categoría mejor de la que yo había pagado , sin avisarme, sin que yo lo pidiera y sin decirme nada????? A cuento de que? Espero que alguien de AVIS se ponga en contacto conmigo para devolverme ese dinero que literalmente me han estafado de mi cuenta bancaria

In my attempt to return my car at the valet, I was told that they were not taking any additional Avis returns overnight. I was forced to park the car locally which was a huge bummer and return it in the morning.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Reservation was for 0900 AM, showed up at 0830... One lady is working trying her best to pass customers... Line expanded to over 20 people and hours wasted here. If it takes this long per person, it's time to either add people at the desk at peak hours or review your reservation software Avis. This is horrible service and wasted time...and this is not aimed at the lady working hard...
