Rude, dismissive staff and long wait. Reserved a small car and was told the only avaliable car was a 12-seater van (or pay extra for a Mustang). Avoid this place at all cost...It's just like what everybody else says: A SCAM!!!

The most shittiest experience ever, Returning it was a the icing on the cake. Having to find a parking spot in the same garage i picked it up from took a hour. Very irritating and especially how they do not disclose that information. They should have guaranteed avis spots. Unbelievable how anyone should have to go through that while on vacation. I was a bit worried about renting from here given the reviews but it was totally fine? I picked up a car at 2PM. The counter was next to the Honolulu Cookie Store and super obvious. There were 2 people staffed at the counter and only 1 party in line ahead, so I had my car key within 5 minutes. I could definitely see there being a big line in the morning but I didn't run into that with a later pickup. Very slow. As tourists we don't want to spend an hour picking and dropping Cars. That wastes our time. Even when there is no long line, the desk is too slow in procedures. One of our days got disrupted and had to cancel few plans as we lost time at the car pick up paperwork at International Market Place, 2377, Kuhio AVE, Honolulu. Second day we lost as well as pick up also took a lot of our time with not much rush.

Spent over an hour of vacation time waiting to pick up the rental car. This is very disrespectful of the clients’ time, especially during a costly vacation time in Hawaii. I can tell many people in line were disgruntled. 9:08, Almost 15 parties in line, two agents at the counter 10:01 got to the agent 10:10 paperwork done, had to wait for car key (offered us a 7 seater suv instead of the full size we reserved.
