Dropped off the car and forgot my sun glasses. Stopped by next day and asked. The man answered someone saw my glasses in the car and the car was at somewhere having service and he promised to call me when the car is back. Stopped by again they said car at the airport and seems like they refused to track my sun glasses. What is the chance Avis returns my sunglasses?
Picked up a dirty vehicle, full of scratches, dents and sun screen marks throughout. The gas tank wasn’t full already missing 1/4 of gas. Called Avis and their advice was to only fill up the vehicle to the same amount as we received it. So we x a try and guess when we get gas. Bad experience, bad customer service. Choose another provider
Rude, dismissive staff and long wait. Reserved a small car and was told the only avaliable car was a 12-seater van (or pay extra for a Mustang). Avoid this place at all cost...It's just like what everybody else says: A SCAM!!!
The most shittiest experience ever, Returning it was a the icing on the cake. Having to find a parking spot in the same garage i picked it up from took a hour. Very irritating and especially how they do not disclose that information. They should have guaranteed avis spots. Unbelievable how anyone should have to go through that while on vacation.
