lazy workers at the desk and unclear instructions. car gas tank was not even full upon pick up and area to pick up car was unclear. there was no one upstairs to check us out and scan odometer and such. after hours drop off instructions were not clear and I got a text saying the car drop off was late but thankfully I took a video of me dropping off the key in the key drop off on the 5th floor. extremely unprofessional place and i do not recommend renting a car here.
Terrible service. They did not have a a car when we reserved. We were told to wait for 1 hour after the owner lied to us about the system not updating our reservation. Then our car didn't have a full tank but we forgot to check so we ended up paying 50$ extra on gas we didn't use. The employee at the desk was nice but the owner was rude.
I am absolutely furious with this unacceptable situation. Not only was there no car available for me upon arrival, but your staff unilaterally downgraded my vehicle without my consent or any prior notice. I would have given zero if possible, very rude and disrespectful. Denied giving me vehicle only cause I didn’t have a physical credit card with me and will not accept my spouse’s card. I have been an Avis Preferred member for more than 4 years and it has never happened with me before. I was told policies that were never told before at any other location throughout multiple states within United States and Canada
Dropped off the car and forgot my sun glasses. Stopped by next day and asked. The man answered someone saw my glasses in the car and the car was at somewhere having service and he promised to call me when the car is back. Stopped by again they said car at the airport and seems like they refused to track my sun glasses. What is the chance Avis returns my sunglasses?
