Jaythavan is by far the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a rental company. His customer service is outstanding! This location offers a great selection of vehicles, and J always goes above and beyond to get customers the best deal possible. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service, affordable prices, and wide range of vehicle options.
I was travelling around Canada for a few months whilst being based out of Toronto. I had the pleasure of finding Avis and using their services a number of times. Great service all round from start. A big shoutout to Jay and Neville who are running a smooth and friendly service!!

Cancel a reservation but did not get a refund and they said that reservation during 24hrs can not get a refund. Never rent again. 😡
