We have rented or attempted to rent twice from this location. They never have cars. I booked online and received 3 confirmations, went there and they didn't have a car for me in which I prepaid. Manny's communication with us was terrible or just lack thereof. Instead of maybe offering to assist in locating another vehicle in the area he told me he wouldn't have anything until maybe 1:30, although i couldn't wait at the time, I didnt get a call for a car, no communication at all, when i calles in the late afternoon he told me... read more
I’ve used Avis for years, this is my first experience at this location. Customer service is NEGATIVE 0. The absolute worst EVER.The fact customers are not happy doesn’t seem to phase headquarters one bit
It's Sunday Feb 9th 2025 and there's only 1 person working here to answer calls and put u on hold for 8 minutes with annoying music that makes u want to vomit 🤢. There should be 4 maybe 5 people working able to answer questions at any time. Ridiculous
