The guy refused to clarify extra charges on my bill and remove them. Instead he asked me to call the reservation department again.
I found this place has great service and the man at the counter (who was also cleaning cars in the back) was polite and helpful with my specific requests.
False charges from my bank and Avis after using them. Still waiting on it being rectified
