I did not rent a car with Joe at Avis La Jolla but he helped me out with an issue with Avis. He was very kind, gracious, and patient in solving my problem. I can only imagine he is the same when using his services at La Jolla. Thank you, Joe, for your assistance! It was very much appreciated!
Best Avis experience that I've ever had! There was a mishap that happened with the car (it wouldn't start the day I was leaving for the airport) and after a ton of back and forth with customer service, I decided to see if I could get the rep that initialized the rental. Joe was fantastic, he could see the incorrect charges that were made, told me to call back CS and even offered to be on the call with me as I was addressing the problem. Service was quick and easy. Had a great experience renting here over the weekend. Joseph was friendly and made everything quick and easy. The car was spotless and ready to go when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend to friends and family!!
Worst ever, a zero if i could. I should have know the moment i have to call to let them know im there, that i this would be the first and last time i rent with Avis. I was a client of yours during memorial day weekend, from 12pm to 12pm drop off times. I was advised they would be on a sunday schedule from 9am to 1pm.
