Caroline did a fantastic job for my family, we had a crisis and needed to upsize our vehicle. With little notice she was able to accommodate us and not charge a significant difference in price as most rental companies do. We deeply appreciate Caroline and Budget

Caroline is fantastic!!!! After having a beyond unprofessional and horrible experience at the castle rock location with Kyle who was rude, disrespectful and called me a name. Caroline was absolutely fantastic, she was knowledgeable about location, pick up drop off, the contracts, what they include and do not include and she got me a great price!! She was not only professional and knowledgeable but very kind!!! I could not ask for a better car rental experience!!! I would go here again any day!!!

Customer service attempted to move my reservation to this location, so I checked online and saw a vehicle was available and was going to book it myself. However, when I called the location to confirm, I was told there was no vehicle available for me. The disconnect between the online system and the actual inventory was incredibly frustrating and misleading. This should be addressed to avoid wasting customers’ time.
