Slow and horrible customer service. Don’t have any of the modern technology to do all paperwork ahead of time. Also tried to charge me all the extras upon returning the car.
The team at Avis HR7 is always friendly and provides vehicles in excellent condition that meet my requirements.
Horrible customer service … I ordered a car online and was told it was gonna be ready at nine. Got dropped off at the location only for them to tell me they have no vehicles available
