I would give 0 stars for Professionalism if possible. Made a Reservation through uber, created an account with Avis, paid for a uber to get there only for them to tell me they have no car available and then there is nothing they can do about it.
I must say this is the best experience I have had Ricky treated me with a lot of respect, patience and got the job done in the timely manner.I appreciate you thank you ricky
The manager Tony, was very helpful. He went out of his way to get me into a car that was more comfortable for me. My back was in pain and I needed comfort after being in 2 accidents within weeks of each. He had a very good attitude, positive and showed empathy 👌.
I rented a car here for Uber and this was the first location that everyone was nice to me. Ricky brought the car around and did the inspection…typically I’m just given the keys and treated like my business doesn’t matter because I’m renting through the uber program, but Ricky was accommodating and very helpful. Today was a very stressful day, but Ricky made it better and got me on the road to make money since the last car I rented only lasted 2 days then the tire blew & I lost a day and a half of work.
Worst rental car experience. Made a reservation for full size SUV six months ago for our 5 week vacation along the east coast. When it came time to get our vehicle we were originally told they had no cars. Then told they could get us a compact car. No way that was going to work for 4 large suitcases, 2 sets of golf clubs, and passengers! They did eventually find us a minivan, but again not what we reserved.
