Its always something at this location, and not helpful when they dont have anything What's the since of a reservation , stated they called like that's supposed to make things better, if I made a reservation week in advance you should have something or accommodate... They need a new manager and better operation
I will NEVER use Avis again! I frequently need to rent a vehicle for traveling out of town. I went to the Windy Hill location in Marietta and there was a crowd of customers inside and only one African American lady in a hoodie with the hood over her head working. She was sooooo mean, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional!!!! I arrived there at 12:30 to pick up my rental and the lady tells me she can't honor my reservation which had been paid for. If you ever come across an Anthony the owner do not speak with him. Leave. He was so rude my first ever time talking to him. He asked me questions about my rental return and would not let me answer anything and clearly does not know what his employees are doing. I will say Mr DJ and the other employees have been super helpful! I appreciated their time and patience and their help. The owner needs to work on his professionalism.
Called to see why my reservation was cancelled but Brittany like to talk so much she was speaking while I was. I still don’t know what’s going on I genuinely despise spending money with brands with poor customer service and no professionalism.
