Corporate it system is absolute sludge. I received an incorrect fuel charge and the person working at rental dropoff agreed it was incorrect. He said he was unable to remove charge and that I would have to call customer service. I call customer service and they said they would remove the charge. Almost 2 weeks later, it had still not been removed. Then I had to call back again. They asked me to submit pictures of fuel meter, which I luckily had. Do not use this location. I arrived at the location at the correct time and was told there were no cars available. However, my reservation confirmation includes not only my telephone number but also an email address. I could have made other arrangements and not wasted time and money in Uber fees. Do not use this location.

Rented a car from the airport location that turned out to have brake issues and a check engine light. Corporate advised me to take to the nearest location to exchange. This AVIS location refused to assist me. I have made repeated attempts to have the situation rectified at both the local branch and corporate levels only to be completed ignored by both. I am a long time Presidents club member who will be transitioning to Hertz based on this absolute lack of customer service.

A Mess it was. We waited for about an half hr for him to tell us “there no more cars for the Day” and to “go to another location, like the airport or something” carless and non empathetic
