Absolutely the worst rental car company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 3 times now I've tried to rent a car using their Uber rental program and 3 times they have called to cancel my rental the day before I'm suppose to pick up because they don't have any rental cars even though I scheduled the rental more than a week ago. I agree with the other reviewers who said that if I could give this place a zero, I would. Shelly is by far the nastiest person I have seen in Customer Service in a long time. I booked a rental three weeks ahead of my pick up date because my family was traveling out of town for a school break. On the day of my pick up at 4 PM, I arrived only for Shelly to tell me that my vehicle was not there. They only have one phone number. No way to reach the local office if you’re trying to speak with someone behind the counter. It keeps taking me to a remote customer service agent who is not at the location and is not helpful at all.
Ms Shelly was great, she was able to assist me with all my needs. Ricky was very helpful as well.
