Professional and polite service . Good value in a very clean , new Kia Teluride. Pick up and drop off still using daisy wheel printers, ink pens and what not. Biggest issue was car gas gauge said full but “miles to empty was 331 - after first fill up, an actual full tank miles to empty showed 385. Using the $10 per gallon Avis threatens to charge I’m owed about $30 for gas so deducting a star.
BEWARE, this branch ran a coordinated scam on me with the Denver airport branch. I rented a compact. They asked me to take a nicer truck up to Denver as a favor. The truck had dents, which we documented. I returned the car without issue. One week later, I get a bill for $900 for "glass damage" with no evidence. They managed to charge my account, and I'm now seeking to get the money back. This is absolute theft, I can't believe I fell for it. Stay away.
Once again Zac and his team were amazing thank you for the fantastic service. Cortland was friendly and welcoming and very professional. I would highly recommend this Avis over all the others for your vacations, business rentals.
