I had a fantastic experience with Avis! The staff was incredibly helpful and made the pick-up and drop-off process seamless. The car was spotless and ran perfectly. I'll definitely be renting from this location again.
UPDATE**** WITHIN 5 MINS OF CALLING HEADOFFICE informing FRAUD THEY GOT MY MONEY BACK TO ME: DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!! Terrible folks at their regional office for this branch. God forbid you have any issue they won’t talk to you at all until the day before you have to submit a claim to your insurance and then ask you to pay through the roof for the most minor or issues.
Do not rent off from this location. I used to work for Avis and these workers are the worst I've every experienced. I had to extend my rental several times due to my truck being in the shop. I confirmed the price each time I extend my rental and was told it would be the same daily price. After I returned the vehicle and dropped my keys as there was no one there, they charged me $30 more per day for 11 additional days.
