Terrible folks at their regional office for this branch. God forbid you have any issue they won’t talk to you at all until the day before you have to submit a claim to your insurance and then ask you to pay through the roof for the most minor or issues.
Do not rent off from this location. I used to work for Avis and these workers are the worst I've every experienced. I had to extend my rental several times due to my truck being in the shop. I confirmed the price each time I extend my rental and was told it would be the same daily price. After I returned the vehicle and dropped my keys as there was no one there, they charged me $30 more per day for 11 additional days. Had a terrible experience with the staff at Saskatoon. I rented car for weekend. Returned it Saturday morning. Once I got on my flight I realized I left my glasses in car. I called them and they said yes they will look and get for me. I never got a call. So I called back they said they will look and call me back. This went in for theee dasy until finally somebody said there not there sorry. Good buy. I literally called 45 minutes after dropping off. They were there they just refused to look for them!
