Avoid this location at all costs. Laura called me at 10:30am to tell me she didn't have a car available for me to rent. My confirmed reservation was for 1pm. She had the audacity to call me with an attitude as if their incompetence didn't put me in a bind. She refused to help in any way. She was rude, lazy, and incompetent. She couldn't be bothered to call another location to see if they had any cars available. It was as if I were bothering her by merely asking her to do her job. I am a preferred plus member,recently picked up a rental from this place . Even though i arrived an hour after original reserved time...car was not ready, i was given a dirty,filthy car . So dirty inside you could have felt dirt on your hand. Also guys upfront by the desk are not friendly nor professional. They don't even respond when you say "thank you","how are you" Would not recommend this place.

Beware of this car rental company! I returned the car with a full tank and even showed a receipt from the gas station located just 100 meters away from the Avis branch. Despite that, they charged me extra for fuel. When I presented the receipt, the employee laughed in my face and said it was my problem. This is dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against renting from this location!
