Trotz Reservierung und Anzahlung kann es vorkommen, dass kein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung steht. Das erfährt man aber erst, wenn man mit Gepäck zur Abholung am Schalter erscheint. Über die Service Hotline von Avis war niemand erreichbar. Die Dame am Schalter war nicht hilfsbereit. Nach viel Stress und Diskussionen haben wir dann doch noch ein Auto erhalten. Diese Vermietung lieber meiden, um sich Unannehmlichkeiten im Urlaub zu sparen.
Tout c’est bien passé, récupération du véhicule rapide avec un retour à l’aéroport de Los Angeles. Véhicule en bon état, confortable et conforme à notre réservation.
Avoid this agengy, awfull contact, utmost incorrect ! Our car was reserved several months before, arrinving 9h30 , we were told there was no more car ! The waiter saidsit here and wait 2 to 3 hours !! andif you wanta car, youcan go to another rental company next door ! Just unacceptable !
Booked a reservation, showed up and were told there were no vehicles. They couldn’t have told us ahead of time? Clerk was unwilling to call other locations to provide us with alternative arrangements. Avis will eagerly take your money even if they don’t have cars. The website currently allows bookings for today, as if they have cars. Scummy business practices and poor service, avoid!
