Very unprofessional service. Booked my reservation months in advance because I have to head to Las Vegas. My reservation was confirmed but the agent on location said the cars never came in. As a Preferred customer walked in customers had more choices of cars that was available. Even if the reserved car was not available, reserved customer should have preference for whatever car that is available. The agent on the counter didnt offered much help. La peor experiencia alquilando autos que tuve en mi vida. Llegamos a las 9 am del domingo 10 de mayo. En la puerta del local habia un cartel que decia “ 2/3 horas de espera para rentar un auto” Ingresamos y el señor nos atendio de MUY mala manera. Nos dijo que teniamos una ford explorer y nada mas. No nos ofrecio el paquete por los peajes ni tampoco dijo nada acerca de los seguros que teniamos. Cuando llegamos al auto, no tenia gasolina y estaba sucio. Reserved an electric vehicle for a road trip. They tell us they don't have any at this location. They won't call the other branches to check who could fulfill our reservation. We have to call ourselves, it connects to a customer service hotline that can't answer this question, they have no idea what cars they have. We ask for the branch office number...but all numbers lead you to the useless hot line. Worst customer service experience.
