Booked a car weeks ago and they had none ready for me. Wasted trip and time. No attempt to help me anything. Additional note: I’ve noticed a number of reviews with customers having same issue: they booked a rental and when they got there, the woman informed them they only had electrical cars when customer asked for a gas car or didn’t have a car ready for the customer. Fantastic service at fisherman's wharf office. Quick and efficient. Car was a Rav4 clean fresh interior however recently cleaned outside but dried dirty. As part of the pre paid contract was advised that a sat nav could be purchased prior to leaving but was told no cars have them installed. When dropped car off in LA was told that they do have sat nav and the information given was inaccurate. 😩 Would use again however need a sat nav when in the US.

El coche tenía menos gasolina cuando entregaron se lo dijimos chica recepción y la chica dijo si ya está apuntado resulta que devolvemos el coche y nos cobran gastos de gasolina , menos mal a e el sistema de atención al cliente fue muy eficaz y me ajustaron de nuevo la factura una vez se presentaron las pruebas. Por lo demás bien.

I have rented from this location hundreds of times and it’s one of the best in the system. Exceptional staff. Spacious, easy to use garage. Consistent 2-3 car class upgrades (needs status). Clean cars. Never had troubles with gas or prior damage disputes. This location is better than owning a car :)
