Unfortunately, I have to say that our experience was disappointing from start to finish. On the rental day, we received our car 2.5 hours late without any proper explanation or apology. At the return, when we asked a few questions about the confirmation, the employee’s behavior gave us a strange feeling. Overall, the entire customer interaction was quite poor. It felt as though the staff themselves were frustrated with how unorganized the company is and that they had to make up for it.

Hello everyone, I strongly recommend NOT RENT from this company. It seems they will not refund my money, even though I never received the service. Please take a look at their response to my case it speaks for itself.
I had a very disappointing experience with Avis in San Francisco (500 Beach St and the airport location). They did not honor my reservation, and it seemed like they had overbooked several vehicles, which disrupted our travel plans. If it hadn’t been for Turo, part of our trip would have been ruined. The staff at the counter were dismissive and even laughed at customers trying to resolve issues. After reading some of the bad reviews, I was anxious about using this rental business. But my experience was great! My drop off was a snap with a very nice and friendly attendant. I recommend this location highly.
