Very unprofessional and unreliable customer service. Rented a car for two weeks and wanted to extend it for few more days. They denied my request so I called the customer service number and explained the situation to them and they were able to extend the rental. And when it’s the day to return the car, I called these guys to know what’s the total I owe. Worst experience ever. Got there on the 23rd of april after booking online they suddenly said they don't have a car. However if I pay the counter rate of 150 dollars a day they would have a car for me If you book online it's none of their business and they will tell you they are separate from avis
Is it just me or does Sudbury never have any vehicles to rent? Always have to book in advance, no same day vehicles! Pathetic, your a car rental company acting like an airline company that overbooked seats. Not sure of the actual service because I've never been able to rent here due to nothing being available when I call.
