Great support during our road trip. We received a poorly maintained car by Avis Toronto Airport and Avis Sudbury supported us by organizing a paid oil change right along our planned route. Communication was very friendly and reliable.
The extremely poor customer service experienced today at Avis was appauling. The woman who works there was miserable from the start. Short one word commands and responses, no smile, no compassion whatsoever! I will never use this place again and will make sure everyone knows about my experience!!
