No one at office when I arrived to get my car. 45 minute wait. Car FOB Fails. (universal cheapy) ... replacement time.... over 6 hours we are stranded. No compensation. No communication. Instead I'm billed for the entire day while I'm on vacation is far more valuable to me. No sorry, no nothing. They gave a cheap universal FOB that failed. Thanks for your care.
