The customer service agent at Sudbury Airport was so nice, informative and helpful. Great guy to deal with the public! I'll be renting from here again. The process was super easy and quick!
Booked a car rental. Showed up at the desk on time. Nobody there 🤷♂️ Waited half an hour. Nobody showed up. All the other car rental places are closed on Saturday afternoon. So, I guess we’re just screwed?
I'd been traveling to Sudbury for business almost every month for last 12 months and rented from Avis all this time. Here are things that I really don't like about this place: 1) Many times car came with less than full tank of gas, and when I fuel back up to same level as I received it, I got gas charge and had to dispute it. 2) I never buy the extra insurance since my credit card covers it, a couple times they put the insurance charge on the agreement without telling me, and tried to charge me the $30/day.
