We rented a vehicle to go to Flordia. The staff were so friendly and offered us an upgrade at no extra charge. We will be renting from here again.

We found that our car had not been cleaned properly. When we were preparing to load the vehicle, we noticed that there was a lot of sand in the car, so we vacuumed it. The dash and operator controls were dirty and smuged, so we wiped them with disenfectant wipes. The windshield was dirty, so we cleaned it. Not a huge problem or a deal breaker. Extremely horrible this location and the Cinco ranch location make reservations and no one answers the phone. No one‘s not in the building Why do people like this deserve a franchise if they don’t want to do business now have to go all the way to the airport to pick up a vehicle just to drive to Austin, Texas. Just go ahead and shut down your business before it’s too late
