Worst location ever. These guys here are committing fraud… i don’t typically write reviews but I want people to stay away from this location. Go to another Avis location. I rented a car from IAH to drive directly back home. I returned the car given to me to this location the next day. The guy here went to check the car and came back to me to tell me there was damage to the car… Proceeded to demand I fill out some form when I didn’t damage the car. I refused. This is a franchised location and doesn’t even deserve the one star. They tried to charge me on 2 separate occasions for all of those extra gas fees even though the tanks were full and noted full when dropping off. I had to fight the charges with Avis online customer service. Further, a month after turning in the rental, Avis decided I damaged one of their damaged vehicles and sent the claim out to the damages department for over 2k. The guy at the counter was trying to scam me. I love Avis but this location recently has been getting really bad.
We rented a vehicle to go to Flordia. The staff were so friendly and offered us an upgrade at no extra charge. We will be renting from here again.
