I’ve been wanting to recognize DEVI! I come here every now and again to get a rental and she’s always so nice and kind ! If you look at her she looks not approachable at all!! 🤣🤣. But don’t judge a book by its cover. She is very sweet, kind and professional. I want to let her know that I appreciate her service. I was also helped by Tremaine who was just as amazing !

Budget on pines in the hooters plaza has great customer service especially one of the service agents named Tremaine always polite quick and courteous makes renting a breeze also there super flexible and always have variety of cars

I would love to give the business a 5 because of customer service but ultimately I was not able to get the type of vehicle I reserved. Not sure if it's an application flaw, but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the vehicle was not available so I could have adjusted the reservation to a different location.
