Scam artists and thieves. Just fought them for a year and lost. Flew into KC and rented a car for 3 hours to get to SGF, dropped the car on Thanksgiving. No one working, no employees to check the car into. Filled out a provided piece of paper with the mileage and time of delivery, and dropped keys into the overnight drop box. Corrupt! They used a digital gage to charge me for gas. Dropped of the car with the needle on full. Then when I received the invoice I was charged by a digital standard. It stated I picked the car up with a 19.4gal and returned it with 18.6gal. This is absolutely ridiculous and using a digital method would be impossible to return a car even if the pump was at the place of return. When I disputed the charge it was like a PI on where what when I filled up the tank followed by the dude trying to do the math. It will never work ... read more

Hands down the best Avis I've ever dealt with. Lewis I believe is his name is so helpful and patient and professional definitely recommend this store. Shannon as well. I have rented from many Avis rental car locations. This one really takes the cake

The staff was friendly
