Eli was AMAZING! I was in and out within 5-10 minutes on a last minute emergency. Eli most definitely needs to be paid more!
We recently rented a family Van, they wanted to charge extra 800 for insurance, because it was a “comercial vehicle” when no where it was stated that it was!!! bad customer service!! Stay away from this place!
Run from corrupt Avis. Instead, rent from Enterprise. Same experience as other Reviewers have noted, Avis is corrupt. On 4/18/2026, I was corruptly charged $50 fuel surcharge upon checking in my rented vehicle. The front staff were coy about the matter and were not upfront. They proceeded to charge me and take the keys away from me so that I was 'trapped' with no options. Da uns ein anderer Mietwagen-Anbieter spät am Abend im Stich gelassen hat (Thrifty), sind wir an den Nachbarschalter zu Avis. Hier wollte man anscheinend unsere Not ausnutzen und hat 5000 $ für ein SUV für 14 Tage verlangt. Frechheit.
