Signed up for Preferred and got a free upgrade to a Suburban! No wait and the people were friendly. Gave me a great restaurant recommendation.
Attention to details and what the customer wants keeps me coming back. The staff here know me by name and always say "hi"
I rented a car from this location and they gave me a navigation unit that stopped working half was to my destination, Lake of the Ozark... not an easy place to find. The Manager and Avis Customer Service would not return my five phone calls. I wasted time and gas.When I turned in the broken nav unit they acted like they were doing me a huge favor not charging me for it. Even made me pay $7.98 a gallon for the Do no let greed and horrible customer service prevail. Do yourself a favor... use one of Avis' competitors!
