These folks were wonderful! I was having a terrible day. My car was in the shop, and I got on the wrong bus to go have lunch with a blind date. They were kind enough to call me a taxi, but when the taxi didn't show up, I asked them how long it would take them to get me out the door in a car. They said 10 minutes at the most, and they DID it!
