Zac was super helpful in taking care of us and easing out our pickup and drop process to the best extent possible. Avis, Round Rock on I35 will be our favorite place for car rental going forward.
I was apprehensive of negative reviews, but My experience was good even though I got cammary instead of dodge electric I booked, because AVIS airport didn't send them. Staff is kind, polite, and helpful. I will use them again for sure as its one of nearby location.

Terrible car Hyundai Ionic 5 was given, it went flat in 150 miles, also screen had scratches while driving it smudged the vision especially at night. They were kind to charge only 1 day but i had to miss a wedding due to bad car.
Great service, I rented form this location multiple times and always the personal is so nice and so helpful with us. Is my “always to go” location for rental.
