I rented here for the first time after moving to Canada few years ago. Good and supportive staff.
I made a reservation a few days in advance and even called the location to confirm. However, when I arrived, I was immediately met with suspicion. The staff questioned whether I was the person who had called, and when I presented my valid foreign driver’s license and credit card, they questioned their authenticity. They told me I also needed my passport due to my documents being foreign and mentioned a 60-day driving limit, which I said was fine, as I had just returned to the city.
