Scammer. Dont bother book the reservation here. No refunds for your cancellation
They were supposed to open at 8:00, but the staff arrived at 8:10, citing 'traffic' as the reason. The printer wasn't working, and ultimately, they didn't honor the reservation because the passport scanner malfunctioned. What's the point of making a reservation if they won't respect it? Thankfully, Enterprise was nearby, and they rented me a car without any issues.
