From start to finish I’ve had poor customer service. They’re too strict on gas (I was a slither under max full, but still full) and they charged me $26. Every other rental company states to bring it back close or exact to what you’re received it. A day into my trip the tire pressure lights turned on, so we had to fill the tires, and then the washer fluid light went on. When I called this location for some sort of resolution? Very disappointing experience. I originally booked a full-size vehicle for 3 days, but when I arrived at the rental location, I was told there were no cars available and my reservation could not be honored. This forced me to make another reservation for the following day, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my plans. This agency fell far short for me recently when I booked a car online, only to find out when I showed up that they didn't have the car available for me. I'm leaving three stars instead of one because one specific agent ( I believe his name was Jose), was very apologetic and helped me find another solution. If not for him I would have been leaving a much more negative review.
