I’m 22 years old, and Avis was the only rental company near me that would rent to someone under 25. I was a bit nervous at first, especially after reading some of the reviews, but I ended up renting a Ford Escape for 2 days because I really needed a car for a long trip. Avoid this place at all costs! I booked a rental on 28 May 2024, paid at the time of booking. Uploaded my driver's license as requested, with no issues. When I went to pick up the truck today, the person behind the counter kept asking questions, seemingly to find a reason to refuse the rental (I'd booked 11 days for $449).
