This Avis branch is a well-run, small rental location in the heart of Toronto on Bloor Street. The staff are extremely helpful; they are friendly and cheerful, and they have a relaxed solution ready for any problem, big or small. I even received a free upgrade. I highly recommend this location for pick-ups.

Huge shoutout to Avis and especially to Esayas. I had a minor accident and was worried about the scratches on the car. Esayas handled everything calmly, explained the process clearly, and treated me with real empathy. In the end, they didn’t charge me for the damage, which was such a relief. Amazing customer service and a genuinely good person to deal with.
