Really disappointed with my experience at Avis. The staff at pickup were rude and unhelpful. The rate I booked online( and pre-paid) ended up being higher at the counter because they said the discount code I used “wasn’t applicable” — something that wasn’t clear at the time of booking. On top of that, the car wasn’t clean and there was a spider inside. Not the level of service I expected from Avis. Won’t be returning.
Exceptionally poor service. Went in to check the rates. The gentleman was extremely rude.
We walked into this location after another rental company had given away our reservation. Owen was helpful, patient, thorough, and offered us a great deal so we could get to a medical appointment on time. He was wonderfully friendly, the car was spotless, and returning it to another location went smoothly. Great experience.
