First time renter for uber and so far experience has been good Eddie has been very attending and helpful highly recommend coming here for any uber rental needs !
My experience with this Avis location was nothing short of terrible. I booked a 12 passenger van for a trip we had planned. They called 2 days before to confirm that I still needed it, which of course I said yes. I showed up the morning of and they didn't have the vehicle. They also said they wouldn't be able to get one for a few hours, which was not an option since we had to be on the road early. We took the largest SUV they had instead.
