Went there after switching from new haven been renting for a Iong time and new haven was over charging me. My guy at this location really helped out and was able to get me in a great rental car at an affordable price thank you for all your help I highly recommend going to hartford

I've been renting vehicles from this place since Dec 2022 and I'll be honest, before the management change it was a rough time but I'm a patient person and can understand the struggles of trying to hold everything together while being understaffed and that's what was happening under old management (pushing their employees past their limits), so I kept coming back because I at least always got a car within 15 most of the time. I went here to try and find a last minute rental. I ended up not getting a rental but I appreciate the assistance Tina provided me with answering all of my questions and breaking down the pricing for me. When you walk into the doors of an establishment and everyone has a smile on their face, that says a lot! I will definitely be visiting this location when I book my rental!
