Convenient and close to Hartford. Customer service has been positive and it’s clean inside. Service hours are good. Just lacks options but rent ahead and you should be gtg.
I had to rent a car for a few weeks as I had some serious car issues. From start to finish Joy was extremely professional, helpful and kind. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. He was very detailed and answered all my questions while I analyzed, researched, compared etc... (yes, the Virgo in me). If I have to rent a car locally again, this location will definitely be my go-to.
They never have cars available for uber..they need to get it together
