Horrible location to rent from management is unprofessional and will not accommodate any reservations made here, I came to extend my rental vehicle for another week im an avid preferred member, supervisor is on the other line informing working at counter I can’t extend that I will have to swap out to something smaller as I’m explaining and letting them know I need to refuel the vehicle and at least catch a ride and remove my personal belongs supervision still went and close my contract charged me a refuel charge and left me ... read more
Easy drop off
I feel discriminated by my own race when I go here. The people here are mad unprofessional , the cars come out dirty and everything is complicated. I believe I was hit with the cleaning fee scam, I brought the car back cleaner than I got it and they charged my bank a cleaning fee, I’m very disappointed.
Léa is a great Rental advisor she got me in a great affordable rate last minute and she didn’t have to because the store was closed and she was really cool about it with great attitude.
