I rented a car for 10 days. Joy was a professional and really helped me. Firstly, when I went to pick up my car, there was a little vibration and when I explained to Joy that I am driving over 1,000 miles, he provided me with a hybrid that was within my plan. The car, was clean and spacious, it saved me a ton on gas and it drove very smoothly. My family and I were very happy with the service provide by Joy at the Avis - Hartford CT location. Joy's excellent customer support ensured that my family had a fun and safe drive.

I have come to learn as a preferred member and a frequent renter, I understand the possibility of not getting the exact car that I reserved due to such events like prom and graduation and any major holidays..like for instance this past week every car rentals have been sold out due to prom and graduation but this Avis branch never fails to reach out wether to push back my pick up time or to call when a vehicle is available. Great service, clean cars, Staff are knowledgeable, highly recommended
