Very irritated and disappointed with Avis. Reserved a large SUV to take my grandkids to the beach for the first time, when I went to pick it up I was told they didn't have any available rentals and they asked corporate to cut them off early but they didn't do it. Suggested I try another location and to call and have reservation transferred for same price. Get to the airport site and can't finish transaction because that location only accepts major credit cards, not debit cards of which I didn't have so went to Enterprise and... read more

I always get great service at this location
We made the reservation through Costco only to show up to find that they didnt have any cars available. Multiple people showed up after us and we all just stood around waiting for them to see if they could find cars for us. Also, shop is really run down, just a trailer.
The girls in this particular location really rock. They work hard and do whatever they can to help the customer. I tried to only specifically rent from this location just because of the people managing it
