I rented a car from this location earlier today that I reserved days ago. I was in line for about 40-45 minutes. To be fair there were some difficult customers in front of me and a long line. Long story short I ended up being late for work and had to rush away in a dirty car. Quick and easy
Easy process from beginning to end Helpful and direct employees. Particularly Desi Easley who works in the downtown Atlanta, GA office on Peachtree St went out of her way to mail us back via ups a forgotten item in the car. We very much appreciate her going above and beyond and it makes me more like to rent with Avis in the future.
