Booked to pick up from Circuscircus for location ease and what a big mistake that was Place was not staffed during the advertised hours Called both numbers left on the sign on the desk and neither had success Don’t waste your time Book direct to pick up at the Car rental Las Vegas airport much easier and 1000% more reliable Thank you to the main avis support line who transferred our booking to the airport pick up

I was assisted by an employee named Alex. Unfortunately, Alex’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of providing helpful customer service, Alex was dismissive, rude in tone, and displayed a lack of courtesy throughout the interaction. As a customer, I felt disrespected and undervalued, which is not the level of service I expect from Avis. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and it has negatively affected my impression of Avis as a company.

Worst rental car location, owner told me you get whatever car is available that he would like to give. Reservation stated ford mach e or similar(suv), owner tried to give a Toyota Carola. How do we get does SUV to small sedan, and EV to gas. If that is similar I must be delusional. Spent over 1 hr+ on customer service trying to get them to rectify the situation after I prepaid month in advance. Owner basically is a scam and will steal your money. This Avis rental in the Circus Circus hotel is in the back by the parking garages. Follow signs for hotel front desk. Just wanted to leave a note that the gentleman who is a co-owner of this franchise was very helpful and professional. The car we got (Toyota RAV4) was practically brand new and very clean. Their hours are 7am-3pm with a lunch break from 12-1. The Avis site will let you book outside these times but you can only pick up when they are open.

Avoid this place at all costs. Desk was empty when we arrived. 30+ minutes later a very rude operator tells us the car was not there and that he had no idea if it would come. I called Avis and they told me there were cars available in the location and I should go back. Returned to the hotel and no one was at the desk for the next 45 minutes. Canceled the reservation and got a car from elsewhere.
