Had a wonderful experience at this Budget, thanks to Paco and Lucia. We rented a car from Orlando to drive down to key west and it ended up failing us in homestead. We had to stop emergently and just hope that they could provide us with a new vehicle. There were issues with our reservation that made it hard to switch out the car but Paco worked endlessly to try to make it work for us. God bless him and Lucia for doing everything they could to get us into a new rental so we can move forward with our trips to the keys. Thanks ... read more
Was told to come here by budget to get a replacement car because of a flat tire. Not only did they not help in any way, but did not state the Firestone takes care of their tires. Just happen to luck out and find Firestone down the street. Budget should have a list of approved dealers to fix tires.
What a bad experience at this location, when I get to pick up a van that my company reserved a month ago for a work purpose and when my manager get there to pick it up, Sonia the desk worker just said they didn’t have the van , not even with a previous notice they just didn’t care and she was really rude to my manager saying, you figure out we don’t have that van , try another location, also we tried to speak with the manager Paco trying to find a solution but was the same result, that was unacceptable we will never reserve ... read more
