Péssimo atendimento
Not only had to wait more than 1h to pick up a reserved (sedan) car. I was given an SUV that looked more like a tank than a car. Making my trip more uncomfortable because I’m not used to drive a gigantic car (Toyota 4Runner) but also because it’s an absolute box, no aerodynamics, drinks petrol like there’s no tomorrow. I wonder how you guys are still in business given that Sixt provides a much better service than Avis and has better fees.
