This is not the right place for Avis, head down to Bellagio hotel from the main strip (put in Bellagio hotel on Google maps), if you are dropping off the rental then head up to self park level 3.
Terrible after hours return experience. When dropping off the car, we discovered the Avis floor of the parking garage was closed for maintenance. No signage, no email or contact. We attempted to call Avis support and the Bellagio, and both were "after support hours" mind you the local time was 7:58! Ultimately we explored the garage a bit ourself to find some Avis spots were set up on the 2nd floor and dropped off the vehicle there.
