Drop-off and Pick-up are located on the upper floor of the Luxor Self-Parking (The desk is inside). Easy and convenient.
Worst hire company out there. Gave us a broken car that left us stranded on the side of a busy highway. They sent a tow truck 4 hours later, they took the car but left us stranded in the middle of nowhere for a total of 10 hours. Extremely disappointed and frustrated in this service. They should be checking their cars before giving them to customers. Never hire a car from here.
If you follow the location in google map, you can never find the right location
Wir wollten das Auto gleich am Morgen um 7 Uhr abholen und direkt zum grand canyon fahren. Leider kam die Dame erst 7.15 und musste dan natürlich noch den PC anmachen und alles ausdrucken..... 7.45 konnten wir dan endlich los. Das Auto war dann aber top Rückgabe nachts über die Schlüssel Box ging problemlos
