Don’t use Avis unless you want to get double charged at the end of your trip. My reservation should be $678 + refueling fee upon return. I ended up being charged $1478 - more than 2x my original fee which was specifically confirmed by the counter lady. Customer service is shit for this company. 20days have passed and I get zero progress on any type of explanation not to mention any refund. Brittney at Avis is incredible and is super helpful. Be nice to her!! The rental counter is in the Mandalay Bay check in area in a left nook. The cars are in the 4th floor of the self-serve parking garage.
They have not updated their correct lobby and parking garage location online.
