Love this place!
Fikk feil bil, de nektet å bytte. Selv om vi hadde bevis på at det var feil. Hun i skranken tror jeg hadde stått opp på feil bein de siste 6 årene. Bilen var ryddig og ren, men kom opp service-varsel når vi satt oss inn.
The lady at the desk did upgrade my car to a much better one because she didn't have anything else, we took a car that is also electric, at the first few minutes of our drive the car stopped working in the middle of the road turns out that the battery of the car was empty and it didn't use the fuel for some reason I had to watch a couple of videos explaining how to troubleshot the car but I think when renting a car someone should atleast come with you and explain the basics and check if the battery is empty, when I called th... read more
We had reservarion at 12:00PM, we came 12:15PM and there was nobody. Nobody on the phone, nobody everywhere. It was very very bad situation. Guy from hotel lobby told us that due to national holiday, the working times changed. There was no warning about this by email, no info on reservation form, nothing and we were there in working hours which they have on web.
