I was staying at another hotel, but after checking reviews for nearby rentals, I decided to walk over to this Avis location at Park MGM. I am so glad I did! We told Charlene that we were planning a trip to Death Valley, and she set us up with a robust car that was nice, neat, and clearly well taken care of. It made the drive incredibly smooth. The car rental process in Vegas can be a nightmare - a gross one at that but I can't recommend the Avis desk at Park MGM enough. This has been the best car rental experience I've ever had, even as a Boston native & avid traveler. The care and upkeep of the vehicle is obvious and the process couldn't have been smoother. Charlene was especially patient when Citi was giving us some trouble with our card. Will be returning to rent with her at this Avis desk regardless if I return to stay at Park MGM. 10/10!

Charlene is the independent owner of the Avis inside Park MGM. She is knowledgeable, straightforward, and just all around amazing! She explained the rental process from start to finish; everything she told us was accurate. It’s rare to encounter such an honest, hardworking business person anymore. If you need to rent a car, go visit Charlene in the lobby, near the bell desk. She will give you a good deal and accommodate you as much as possible. Highly recommend!!!
