I have been renting a car here twice a year for quite some time and I've always had an awesome and easy going experience. Miss Charlene is the best and she's always been very helpful and always available. She was even willing to come back from lunch but of course I told her that I would wait. The cars are always so clean and she's the one cleaning these cars too. I just don't know how she does it but bless her heart! Avis is very lucky to have her!!!
I had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from this Avis location at Park MGM. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience of my entire trip. Charlene was professional, polite, and funny. She really just treats everyone like a human being will definitely rent here again!
