We had exceptional service with Charlene at the Avis rental counter in the Las Vegas, Park MGM location. She went above and beyond to meet our timing and vehicle needs. Because of her, we will definitely rent from this location again.
Had an incredible experience, largely thanks to Angie and Sharlene! Both were friendly, welcoming, and made pickup and drop-off completely seamless. The car was spotless, and their outstanding customer service made this one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve had. Huge thank you to Angie and Sharlene—will definitely rent here again!
