This is by far the best Avis location I have had the pleasure of doing business with hands down! Charlene is a Rock Star and always goes far beyond expectations to ensure I have a terrific customer experience. On several occasions, I have had schedule conflicts impacting my arrival and pickup of my car and she has always gone out of her way to make sure my car is ready and I am still able to pick it up. This review is for Avis rent a car System Park mgm Las Vegas We were staying at the park MGM and was sick of paying uber and taxi fees and then we saw Charlene Ellis at her desk for Avis near the entrance of park MGM beside the Bell desk. Charlene was awesome..... Great service.... She first looked up the dates and she thought prices seemed high. So she went typing away and found us a great jeep for a great price. Charelle from Park MGM Avis is super nice, helpful and quick. She always gets me in last minute when i show up and always has a car for me at a fantastic price. She never said no to me being last minute and a lot of places did before. To some that means the world. Being an airline pilot i show up in Vegas randomly and this Avis location has never failed me. Check in takes 5 min as well she's a pro. Great prices and super convenient pick up and drop off. 5/5 from me. Enjoy.

I’ve rented cars many times at different locations, and while most experiences are usually just okay, this one truly stood out. My rental at the Park MGM location was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had, and that’s 100% because of Charlene. Her customer service was absolutely top-tier. Worth the walk to this location for the exceptional service. Angie was so good and the friendliest rep I’ve encountered. I rent a lot from Avis and it’s usually fraught with attitudes and mishaps, and this rental experience was none of that. Car is washed and spotless. Note: to find the rental desk, look for the Park MGM hotel lobby, and the Avis desk is in the same space. Don’t trust the Google Maps pin.
