I rented a car on June 2, 2025 at this location at 11:00AM to be returned on June 2, 2025 at 10:00PM. On June 2, the 2nd floor was closed, so I proceeded to return the car to the 3rd floor as instructed by Aria Security and Avis. On June 4, I learned that I was charged for two days, as Avis claimed that I returned the car on June 3 at 4:00PM. I would not use this rental company in the future. Our rental car was not cleaned and it was absolutely disgusting. We tried to switch to a different vehicle however upon inspection that vehicle was equally disgusting. My hands were sticky after loading the car, even after I tried wiping everything with sanitizing wipes. The women at the counter offered only a $25 discount off a $300 rental. She said $25 would buy a car wash to clean up the vehicle. However no $25 car wash would clean this car to an acceptable level. The ins... read more

L’agence n’est pas signalée donc difficile à trouver sans gps. Shendel à l’accueil semblait fatiguée. Mes quelques questions sur la voiture donnée et le tarif du 2nd conducts ne lui ont pas plus. Elle a oublié de me donner les clefs de la voiture ainsi que le ticket pour sortir du parking. Elle ne m’a pas accompagnée pour rejoindre la voiture donc aucun état des lieux n’a pu être fait.
