Desk was hard to find but they had my car ready
Don’t use Avis unless you want to get double charged at the end of your trip. My reservation should be $678 + refueling fee upon return. I ended up being charged $1478 - more than 2x my original fee which was specifically confirmed by the counter lady. Customer service is shit for this company. 20days have passed and I get zero progress on any type of explanation not to mention any refund.
