I am completely done with Avis after this experience.
In a trip filled with a delayed flight into Worcester, that caused us to arrive after 6pm and cancelled flight home, having to extend my trip and hotel stays and more poor customer service calls and interactions than I care to get into - there was only 1 person on my entire trip who showed any real compassion, understanding, and concern and that was Jason from Avis/Budget at the Worcester,. Very rude agent! I needed a specific car size for a family trip and car was not available despite months ahead reservation. The agent didn't care and was extremely aggressive and offensive. Avoid this place by all means!!!
