This is the friendliest and most efficient car rental I have ever had! The young woman at the desk was so friendly and the transactions took 5 minutes or less. I so pleased!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I reserved a vehicle a week in advance and made it to the location and they didn’t have any vehicles available, all the vehicles were supposedly transported to New Orleans.
Whenever I come to this location I am never disappointed. The customer service is top tier and everyone has been extremely helpful.
It's a breath of fresh air to have someone that's willing to help and treat you like a person. Melanie is the best!!! I will be renting from here and Avis for all my rental car needs. Thank you so much!!!
