Melanie is the absolute best. I usually ask a lot of questions when renting but she always have a positive attitude while answering the 1000 questions that I have. Renting is always hassle free. Because of Melanie, budget is ALWAYS my first pick when renting cars, which we usually rent ALOT.
I reserved a vehicle and prepaid to guarantee the vehicle. I ubered there only to find out they had no vehicles, not one. This is after having a reservation at the airport location the night before and same thing, no vehicles available. After 3 Ubers, I was able to get a car at Enterprise. The employees at both white locations said this happens all the time, like every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
