I rented a car on July 6th took it back on July 8th when I picked the car up I told the guy I may not need it for a week I was told I would only be charged for the days I have the car. I see on my credit card I was charged for a week. He lied not only am I filling an complaint. I will be calling corporate office and reporting this. What a scam a rip off. Never go here.
They had my rental car ready and waiting for me. The lady was great to talk to. The car worked great and I returned it on time. I recommend this Avis Rental car branch!

I've used Avis for years and have never had a problem because I use the airport location. I saw that it was cheaper on Woodlawn so I chose that location. I called ahead of time and spoke to Jim and made sure they knew I was getting a free upgrade and had to have a bigger car because of medical issues. I was assured it would be no problem. He told me which car to choose so that we'd get the correct one once the upgrade was applied. On the day of the pickup, they only had small cars.
