They cost me a trip to my family reunion. I had a family reunion to attend foe the upcoming weekend. So i booked a car for that weekend a week in a advance. I paid for extra insurance. I booked to pick it up at 11am. And when I arrived they said they didnt have any cars. But they assured me they would have one before 4pm that day. I called and called no answer went back up to the place and still no cars. I talked to the corporate office . And they had no help for me at all. I ended up missing my family reunion. Great service, Great Vehicles, and really great business all-around. These people make it easy as it should be made.
If you have to go to the airport to get the car, why not just send me a note in my Avis Preferred app to tell me to go to the airport and get it myself? Save us both the time and trouble. They charge an extra day if you return the car 35 minutes late - shouldn't they give a free day if they are 35 minutes late delivering the car?
