I booked a reservation for this location and paid in advance, But upon pick up, I was told that they had zero cars available. I was also told that I cannot get a refund or get transferred because I paid in advance and if I was to wait, I had six people ahead of me and therefore they can’t confirm whether I will get a rental or not. They didn’t recommended me call customer support. And was transferred to the airport which cost $85 more. Booked a rental on priceline recieved a call stateing they didnt have any rentals.
So you reserve a car, get a $400 bill and when you arrive there are no vehicles available. Unbelievable
Reserved a car 3 weeks ago. Did not have one car to offer. A company should not e allowed to do this.
