As you will see with the other one star reviews, I also reserved a car and showed up to pick it up, only to be told, I ain't got a car for you. That's a bit of a surprise, and reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry goes to get his car, after making a reservation, only to learn they had run out of cars. Long story short, "you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding."
It’s happened enough times that I feel I can leave an honest review about how consistently unreliable this place is. I’m not sure if it’s this location or the company as a whole. It doesn’t matter that we scheduled our rental a month out- we went to pick the vehicle up and nothing was available, nor will there be something available until late tomorrow. Not only do we have to delay our trip we now get to pay *more* money for a mistake that wasn’t our own.
Very rude and did not honor my confirmation reservation. Will never book with these people.
Ty was so helpful with my issues and resolved it in no time. I have been a customer for years and will continue to rent from this location
Lowest prices in town ya'll!
