Beware! The counter agent added aditional optional coverage to the rental agreement on his own. He did not ask for our consent and we were not informed about them let alone agreed to them. He did not at any point inform us about the added coverage. Only noticed it after already being rushed into signing and paying.

I have booked a rental car for two weeks. I was charged aditional optional insurance coverage that I did not ask for or consent to. I was never even asked by the personel if want to add this to my booking. Was charged extra 300$ for a service I never agreed to. Edit: I have not been given any support in this matter even after replying to the company. Moreover, a week after the rental my card was charged again with no explanation or invoice received.

It is a predatory practice that prays on foreign renters so the agents get higher comisions.

We picked up our Mazda SUV late afternoon on July 10. I didn’t catch the name of the agent who assisted us but he was very friendly and helpful. He made the whole process quick and seamless. He even offered us some great local recommendations—Cocina 35 was one of them. Excellent car and outstanding service. The car was new and clean. We will definitely return to this location in the future.
