I wanted to pick up the car at 10:00am. Car was not ready until 10:45 but they did the paper work early to get me out ASAP. When I returned the car at 11:07am they said I returned the car late and charged me a fee! When I called and asked them to fix it they said we cannot help. Horrible experience
