We have had a mess from the start. With our first delay we had to call to change our reservation and ended up being on the phone for 4ish hours just to change our reservation for a different day. Once at this location- the customer service provider on the phone said coverage was included once there the kid at the front desk said no it wasn’t and would just repeat “you have to call customer service.” So after another hour on the phone.
