Jack was an incredibly accommodating host; he was extremely patient with me at all steps of me figuring out the rental process, from the paperwork, to finding the car, and returning it properly. He made this experience seamless and extremely pleasant.
The gentleman at the counter was very accomodating. We made a mistake by reserving the wrong pickup location. We meant to book a one way to LAX, but booked a local return instead. It was our mistake, but they updated our reservation to our desired return despite this making it difficult for them. We also appreciate that they got us out the door so quickly. Thank you!
