I have been renting cars from this location for over 15 years. I rent them for a week at a time, several times during the year. During this time, I have come to know the staff, Jorge and Isidro, well. I book in advance, and about a week before pickup, I will call them to confirm my reservation, and special needs (large trunk space and Sirius XM radio). Jorge and Isidro have always been polite, efficient and professional in trying to accommodate my needs, making sure that they have my preferred vehicle waiting for me on picku... read more

Leider eine Katastrophe, wir haben einen Mustang Cabrio gebucht und stattdessen einen SUV erhalten. Wenn ich einen SUV hätte wollen, hätte ich diesen auch gebucht. Der Mustang war nicht gerade das billigste Modell und man hatte eine gewisse vorfreude auf das Auto. Der Angestellte war extrem unhöflich und auch nicht Lösungsorientiert.
