I had a reservation at Avis on Balboa for an afternoon pickup, but I called the office to ask about picking up the car earlier. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and was able to accommodate my request with no problem. The transaction was smooth, the car was clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
I came to San Diego for a family vacation and rented a car at Avis Kearny Mesa. The service was excellent!! I ended up upgrading our vehicle, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Contract says one thing, they charged me another. They had no explanation and very rude. Go elsewhere!
